Who this policy covers

This policy applies to vancedmanager.app (“the site”, “we”). The site is an information resource about the discontinued Vanced Manager app. It has no user accounts, no comments and no downloads hosted on its own servers.

What we do not collect

• No analytics or statistics scripts of any kind.
• No advertising, affiliate tracking or social media widgets.
• No cookies, local storage or similar identifiers set by the site.
• No third-party fonts, scripts or images: every file is served from this domain.

Because the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, it does not show a cookie banner.

Server logs

Like almost every website, the site runs on a web host whose servers may automatically record standard request information: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, for example to investigate errors or abuse. How long they are kept is set by the hosting provider's standard configuration. We do not combine them with other data or use them to profile visitors.

The contact form

When the contact form is active and you use it, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. This information is sent to the site owner's mailbox by email and used only to read and, where needed, reply to your message. We do not add you to any list or share your message with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

To limit spam, the server stores a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the current date, together with the times of recent submissions, in a temporary file. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it is used for nothing other than limiting how many messages can be sent in a short period. The form also uses a signed, time-limited token and a hidden field to detect automated submissions; neither involves cookies.

Emails are kept in the owner's mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask for a message to be deleted through the contact page.

Links to other websites

Many pages link to external sources such as GitHub, Google support pages and news articles. Those links open the other site in a new tab. Once you leave this site, the other site's own privacy policy applies. External links are set not to send the page address you came from.

Children

The site is a general-audience reference and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information about you. The only personal information we may hold is what you send through the contact form. To make a request, use the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes, for example if a new feature is added, this page will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
