About vancedmanager.app

This site is a focused reference about one discontinued Android app. It exists because people still search for Vanced Manager and deserve accurate answers instead of fake download buttons.

Why this site exists

Years after Team Vanced ended the project, “Vanced Manager” is still a common search. Many results promise a “latest” or “2026” version, offer APKs of unknown origin, or blur the line between the manager and the apps it installed. We wanted one page set that tells visitors what the project was, what is really left of it, and how to judge anything they find elsewhere.

What we publish

  • A plain-language explanation of what Vanced Manager did and how it related to YouTube Vanced and Vanced microG.
  • The verified release history, from 1.0.0 to 2.6.2, linked to the original GitHub pages.
  • Historical installation steps, troubleshooting notes and safety guidance for sideloading.
  • A factual comparison with ReVanced Manager, a separate project people often confuse with it.

What we never publish

  • Modified, repackaged or self-hosted APKs.
  • Download buttons that lead to something other than what they say.
  • Invented version numbers, file sizes, checksums, ratings, reviews or download counts.
  • Ads or trackers. The site runs without analytics or advertising.

How facts are sourced

Every technical or historical claim on this site traces back to a primary source, and we link to it near the claim. The main ones are:

Where GitHub shows incomplete data, such as release dates without a year, we say how we filled the gap. Where we cannot confirm something, such as a file size or hash for an APK that is no longer attached, we leave it out. Facts were last checked against these sources on .

Who runs it

vancedmanager.app is an independent website. It is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Team Vanced, YouTube or Google, and it has no access to any Vanced servers, accounts or files.
